It was pretty rainy every day. We stayed right on the water (Puget Sound) at Harbor Steps. This is one of the many businesses right on the wharf.
We got used to the rain fairly quickly. Cly always enjoys how rainy photos look.
Seattle is full of little shops.

We got out to visit the Seattle temple
Unlike most temples, the Seattle Washington Temple has a westward-facing angel Moroni statue. Taipei & Nauvoo are the other 2 that have Moronis facing west instead of east. Cardston, of course, is one of 9 without an angel moroni statue.

Auntie Honey Bunny and Uncle Bob
Cly decided to try the Triple X burger. No, this meal was not compliant with the Pyatt Diet he's been on since March!
We had breakfast at the Athenian Seafood restaurant one morning. A scene from "Sleepless in Seattle" was filmed here - the one where Tom Hanks was getting dating advice from a buddy.

We explored the lower levels of Pike Place Market.
Darcie takes a breather in a magic shop in Pike Place Market.
One of the market's major attractions is Pike Place Fish Market, where employees throw fish to each other rather than passing them by hand.
We didn't have to wait long to see an airborne fish!

We had NEVER before seen this vegetable! It is Romanesco broccoli.
We bought some and tried it with some veggie dip. It's called Romanesco broccoli, but tastes like caulifower.
We decided to do the Underground tour, which is a leisurely, guided walking tour beneath Seattle’s sidewalks and streets.
Old washroom on the tour
We got to roam the subterranean passages that once were the main roadways and first-floor storefronts of old downtown Seattle.
The tour included examination of some spooky above-ground alleys.
Cly tried this SA-Boom sushi roll - it included tobiko eggs marinaded in habanero sauce.
